New save and synchronization features
Official notes say newly created save files average about 30 MB rather than about 500 MB, each save retains its three latest autosave versions, and Steam Cloud synchronization is now supported. These changes improve recovery options but do not remove the value of named backups.
New editing and customization options
Players can restore a lot to its original appearance and edit a Para through a mirror, hospital or pharmacy. That appearance editor excludes labels, personalities and life stages. More picture-frame art and additional custom-image objects were also added.

The update addresses unloaded player Paras, baby preset teeth, buying a lot while sleeping or sitting, saved household nicknames, undeletable grass patches and numerous life, build, work, fire and relationship problems. The official article contains the authoritative complete list.
Still under investigation
The 0.1.5 notes specifically mention jealousy when kissing one's own partner, inability for some players to create new swatches, canvases disappearing around painting, and external mods or plugins making all mods invisible. Reproduce issues without external additions before labeling them base-game defects.
